Zillow launched as the first real estate app in ChatGPT at DevDay 2025. It lets you search properties with conversational queries and shows listings with photos, maps, pricing and broker details inside the conversation. At launch it was available to logged-in U.S. users.
How to use
- 1Add it in ChatGPT
Open Zillow in ChatGPT's Plugin directory (sidebar → Plugins, then search), select + to add it and sign in if asked.
- 2Use it in a chat
Type @ in the composer and pick Zillow, or start your message with its name. ChatGPT may also suggest it when it fits what you ask.

- “Zillow, what can I afford nearby?”
- “Zillow, show me homes with a big backyard in Austin”
