Grafana's official MCP server provides access to a Grafana instance and its ecosystem: dashboards, datasources, Prometheus and Loki queries, SQL datasources, alerting, incidents and OnCall schedules. It runs via uvx, Docker or binary and authenticates with a Grafana service account token.
