A4B is a cloud-based maintenance management system (CMMS) for tracking equipment and scheduling preventive maintenance. Connect it to ChatGPT to manage your asset inventory and maintenance work in plain language.
What you can do:
- Search, create, and update assets — equipment, vehicles, tools, IT hardware. Inventory numbers and QR codes are generated automatically.
- Create and assign preventive or reactive maintenance tasks with due dates and notes.
- Change asset states (stored, available, in use, in maintenance).
- Look up an asset's full change history and audit trail.
- View organization stats: asset counts by state, plan usage, and a maintenance summary (overdue, due this week, completed).
- Manage workspaces, users, and invites.

Open A4B CMMS in ChatGPT's Plugin directory (button above), select + to add it and sign in if asked.
- 2Use it in a chat
Type @ in the composer and pick A4B CMMS, or start your message with its name. ChatGPT may also suggest it when it fits what you ask.
