Liftosaur is a scriptable workout app. It uses language "Liftoscript" to define workouts. The plugin lets users to write and manage Liftoscript programs, workout history, exercises, gym equipment, measurements, etc.
Free reference tools provide Liftoscript syntax, examples, program design guidance, built-in programs, and exercise names.
Private account tools require the user to authenticate with Liftosaur and have an active subscription before reading or changing programs, history, gyms, equipment, exercise settings, or measurements.
How to use
- 1Add it in ChatGPT
Open Liftosaur in ChatGPT's Plugin directory (button above), select + to add it and sign in if asked.
- 2Use it in a chat
Type @ in the composer and pick Liftosaur, or start your message with its name. ChatGPT may also suggest it when it fits what you ask.
