Mem0's hosted MCP server gives AI clients tools to add, search, update and delete memories stored in a Mem0 account. Clients connect over HTTPS and sign in via OAuth, or use a Mem0 API key as a bearer token. The earlier local mem0-mcp repo is archived.

Turn on Developer mode in ChatGPT (Settings → Security and login), open Plugins, select + and paste https://mcp.mem0.ai/mcp as the MCP server URL, then sign in with OAuth. Add it to a chat from the composer's tools menu.
